This policy explains what TRUE BOUNCE Tennis Academy does with the information you give us through this website. It is written plainly on purpose, because most of the people using this form are parents.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what we need in order to reply to you and arrange coaching:
- Parent or guardian name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
- Student name, age, tennis experience, preferred program, preferred location and preferred training time
- Anything you choose to write in the message box
We do not ask for identity documents, payment card details or any information about health, religion, caste or community. Please do not send those through this website.
Why we collect it
To call or message you back about your enquiry, to advise on the right coaching group, to arrange a trial session, and to keep a record of who has enquired so that nobody is missed.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored inside this website and are visible only to authorised True Bounce administrators after they log in. Enquiry records are never published on any page of this website, never indexed by search engines, and never shared with or sold to anyone else. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Students under 18
Where the student is under 18, the enquiry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and the consent tick box on the form confirms that. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child.
Photographs and videos
Photographs and videos from training sessions, tournaments and academy events may be published in the gallery and video sections of this website and on the academy social media pages. If you do not want a particular photograph or video of your child published, tell us and we will remove it.
Court bookings
Court bookings are handled by Playo, which is a separate company and a separate website. When you click a booking button you leave this website. Anything you enter on Playo, including payment details, is covered by Playo terms and privacy policy, not by this one. This website never sees or stores your Playo booking or payment information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for following up and for keeping in touch with academy families. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call or WhatsApp either academy number, or write to us, and we will act on it.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. The dashboard that holds enquiries requires a login, enforces strong passwords and restricts access by role. No system is perfect, but nothing about a parent or student is exposed publicly by design.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
